At our house we often have "Dance Parties." It usually happens when I am out of things for the kids to keep busy with and they are beginning to get a little crazy. I blast some good dance tunes and we all expend a bit of pent up energy. Maggie has always loved a good beat--the girl can rock! After our dance party we all feel a little better about things. I highly recommend it. Another video for your viewing pleasure...
